Uniting Four Brands, One Seamless Experience
Creating a single app for four distinct automotive brands—each with its own design language, patterns, and unique identity—was a complex but rewarding challenge. As the Lead Product Designer, I led a talented team of nine UX and UI designers, guiding them through the intricacies of merging brand-specific requirements into a unified, user-friendly experience.
In this role, I managed communication with Product Leads across all four brands, aligning their vision with our design efforts to ensure a smooth workflow and a collaborative environment. My team and I worked to adapt each brand's design system while maintaining consistent functionality across the app.
The result is a seamless, user-centered charging app that respects each brand’s individuality while delivering a dependable and intuitive experience for EV drivers. This project highlighted the power of collaborative design in creating flexible, multibrand solutions that put user needs first.
