Range anxiety ends,
where the map begins.

Online EV Route Planner — Volkswagen & Audi

Will I make it there?

The challenge

Customers planning long trips across Europe needed to trust that charging wouldn't become the story of their journey. The existing tools left too much to guesswork, forcing drivers to piece together charging availability instead of seeing it. The brief was to set a new standard for how EV navigation is experienced, across brands, across borders.

The approach

We built an interactive map at the center of the experience, showing charging stations directly along the planned route rather than scattered across a country. On top of that, we layered filters that actually matter on the road: charging speed, plug type, and authentication method, so drivers could narrow the map down to exactly what fits their car and their plans in a few taps.

Every decision was guided by one question. Does this make the driver more confident, or just more informed? Confidence was the target, information was only the means.

The outcome

A route planner that turns a long European trip from a logistics puzzle into a straight line. Drivers can see every viable charging option at a glance and plan around it before they've even left the driveway, freeing them to focus on the road instead of the battery.
